Kamille Kruidenthee (20 zakjes per doos)

The 20 sachets per box last me about three weeks of nightly cups, and the chamomile tastes fresh rather than dusty like some bagged teas I've tried. Steeping one for five minutes before bed has genuinely helped me wind down.

I've been swapping my evening coffee for a cup of this, and the difference in how quickly I wind down is noticeable. The 20 sachets per box are individually wrapped, so I keep a few at my desk and a few by the kettle.

The box of 20 sachets has been lasting me over two weeks, which is great value for a nightly ritual. I've noticed my shoulders actually unclench by the time I reach the bottom of the mug, and the anti-inflammatory kick helps after long days at my desk.
