Zwartzaad Kruidenthee (20 zakjes per doos)

The cinnamon comes through more than I expected, which makes it a nice evening cup instead of the sharp bitter taste I remember from plain blackseed. One sachet per mug is plenty, and I've noticed my digestion feels calmer after meals. 20 bags per box goes faster than I'd like, honestly.

Wasn't sure about blackseed on its own but the cinnamon really rounds it out. Two sachets a day and my after-meal bloating has eased up noticeably. The box of 20 is a decent trial size, though I'll be reordering bigger next time.

I was skeptical about blackseed at first but the flavor won me over by the third cup. Digestion after heavy meals feels noticeably easier, and 20 sachets per box lasted me almost three weeks.
