شاي الأعشاب باللافندر (20 كيس لكل علبة)

The lavender buds are visible right in the sachet, which I didn't expect for the price. One cup before bed and I'm out cold within twenty minutes, no grogginess the next morning.

I've been swapping my evening coffee for a cup of this, and the pure lavender flowers make it taste genuinely floral instead of perfumey. The 20 sachets per box last me about three weeks at one cup a night, and I'm sleeping noticeably better.

The lavender scent hits you the second you open the box, before the water's even boiling. Twenty sachets is a decent amount for the price, and I've been having one most nights before bed instead of scrolling my phone. Genuinely relaxing stuff.
